Jenni Arnold

Jenni has spent most of her career in corporate settings, or building her own businesses.

She graduated from the University of West Florida, and left the Gulf Coast to travel the world. She moved to Orlando, and worked at the Disney corporate offices as an Executive Secretary to the Corporate Telecom Department. There she supported the department director, 3 managers, and a 40-person team. Her department managed Disney's mainframe computers and the Disney network, in the Parks, internationally and for the Cruise Lines. She earned the "Partnership in Excellence" award and planned to further her career with Disney. Fate had other plans, and she returned to the Gulf Coast to marry her husband, Andy. Together they built Absolute Surgical, the first homegrown orthopedic distributor for Mitek/Johnson&Johnson. The business grew from 3 sales reps to 32 sales reps in 13 years, and won multiple awards.

When ChatGPT launched, Jenni recognized the potential immediately. This was a tool that could solve real problems in business. She spent a year studying AI before becoming a licensed workshop leader through AI Business Breakthrough Academy (Kyle Balmer) in London, and has since trained more than 500 professionals across the Gulf Coast and online. She has provided multiple AI workshops for the Florida SBDC of UWF, the Gulf Breeze Chamber, the Pensacola Beach Chamber, and for several non-profit organizations. She is a member of the Empressa AI Imperial Council and AI Builder's Pensacola.

She founded Jenni Arnold AI/Human Kind Intelligence because small business owners and professionals deserve an AI partner who actually understands their world. At HKI, Jenni leads workshops, consulting engagements, and AI educational programs. She builds custom AI tools that earn their place in the day-to-day business world.

Beyond work

Jenni is a Gulf Coast native who enjoys the outdoors. She and her husband Andy spend their free time at their camp, out on the water fishing, and traveling with family. She's a mentor with Take Stock in Children and mom to two awesome kids. She believes that being kind, staying curious and remaining teachable are the most important things you can do. She loves to laugh, life is short, enjoy it.
